I can't log into the game

⚠ Guest Account Notice

If you’re using a Guest Account, please be aware that your account is permanently linked to the device it was created on.
Due to technical restrictions, your Guest Account cannot be recovered if:

  • You switch devices

  • You reset or update your device software, which might lead to being identified as a new device

  • You clear the app data or cache

When creating a Guest Account, players were explicitly advised to use a permanent login method (Google, Apple, or Email) to avoid data loss.
We do not have access to your device identifiers and are unable to restore Guest Accounts in such cases.


📩 Email & Password Login

If you signed up using an Email Address and Password, you can reset your password using the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen.


⚠️ Caution: Repeated abuse of the password reset function may result in temporary or permanent account suspension due to suspicious activity.

Please note:

  • It is not possible to change the email address linked to your account.

  • Transferring or trading accounts is strictly prohibited and violates our Terms of Service.


☁️ Google / Apple Sign-In Issues

If you’re experiencing issues logging in via Google or Apple, try the following steps:

  1. Uninstall the app completely

  2. Reinstall the app from the store

  3. Ensure your Google/iCloud account is correctly linked

  4. In rare cases, you may need to reset saved game data via Google Play Games or iCloud

⚠️ Important: Only attempt to reset your saved data if reinstalling the game didn’t fix the issue.


📡 Server Issues or Ongoing Maintenance

If you’re unable to connect but your account is not banned, there may be temporary issues on our end.
Please check our Twitter/X channel for real-time updates on:

  • Server maintenance

  • Network outages

  • Ongoing known issues

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

If you see a message stating that your account has been banned, please understand:

  • All permanent bans are the result of thorough investigations

  • Bans are only applied in cases of serious violations of our in-game rules or Terms of Service

  • By playing Echo of Elements, you have agreed to these rules during account creation

For this reason, banned accounts will not be reinstated.

If you have deleted your account, please understand:

  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once confirmed in-game, all data is permanently erased from our systems in compliance with data protection laws.

  • Deleted accounts cannot be recovered under any circumstances, even if you contact support. This includes all progress, characters, and linked data.

  • In-App Purchases are not refunded after deletion. If you sign in again with the same credentials, you will only be able to create a new account.

  • The deletion process is clearly announced in-game, and users must explicitly confirm before proceeding. By choosing this option, you confirm that you want all data erased.

For this reason, deleted accounts will not be restored, and support cannot override this process.

How can I make my team stronger?

There are several ways to increase your team’s strength in Echo of Elements. Here are the most important systems to focus on:

🧠 Leveling up your Heroes and Souls

  • Complete campaign missions to earn XP.

  • Train your Heroes in the Dojo and your Souls in the Temple over time.

  • Use Wisdom Scrolls to grant instant XP — they are rewarded through progression or can be purchased in limited daily quantities from a specific merchant.


✨ Upgrading Abilities

  • Ability materials are earned by progressing through the campaign, completing specific quests, or sometimes found in reward chests.


⚒️ Crafting and upgrading Equipment

  • Visit the Mystic Cave to collect ores.

  • Use these materials at the Blacksmith in the hub to craft new Equipment.

  • Upgrade Equipment with Chromatic Crystals, which are obtained by:

    • reaching checkpoints in the Tower of Destiny

    • completing certain quests

    • opening reward chests

    • salvaging unused Equipment


🧬 Fusion

  • Fuse 3 identical Heroes or 3 identical Souls to increase their Rank.

  • A higher Rank significantly boosts the unit’s stats and potential.


🧩 Team Composition & Talents

  • Experiment with different Hero + Soul combinations to find strong synergies.

  • Specialize your Heroes even further by allocating Talent Points, which unlock powerful bonuses tailored to each combat role.


💡 Tip: There’s no single “best team” — try out different strategies and discover what works best for your playstyle!

The Tower of Destiny is a progressive PvE challenge where your team must survive 10 consecutive waves of enemies to reach a checkpoint.

  • 🛡 After each checkpoint, all team members are fully healed and revived.

  • 🔁 If your team is defeated, you can revive them using a Phoenix Feather.

  • 💎 Enemies get stronger, and rewards improve as you climb higher.

  • 🚪 If you exit the tower, you’ll restart from the last reached checkpoint when entering next time.

  • 🧪 The Tower is the primary source of Chromatic Crystals, which are essential for upgrading equipment.

 

Fight smart. Plan ahead. And climb as high as you can to unlock valuable upgrade materials!

The Dojo lets you assign Heroes to timed training sessions. Once completed, they’ll earn experience points (XP) — no fighting required.

  • ⏱️ Shorter sessions grant more XP per minute.

  • 🚫 While training, Heroes cannot be used for Fusion or Fragment Shatter.

  • ✅ Ideal for leveling up Heroes passively between battles.

 

Train smart — maximize XP gain by choosing the best training sessions.

The Temple works just like the Dojo, but for your Souls.

  • 🧘‍♀️ Assign Souls to training and earn XP over time.

  • ⏱️ Shorter durations yield better XP/minute efficiency.

  • 🚫 Souls in training can’t be used for Fusion or Shatter until their session ends.

Keep your Souls growing — even when you’re not in combat!

The Ranked system is based on seasonal leaderboards.

Each player is placed into a league-specific leaderboard with other players in the same league. At the end of the season:

  • 🥇 Top 3 players move up to a higher league

  • 🔻 Bottom 3 players drop down to a lower league

  • 🎁 Seasonal rewards are distributed based on your final league and ranking position. Higher leagues grant better rewards.

 

How to earn Arena Points:

  • ✅ Win a Ranked match = +3 Arena Points

  • ❌ If the turn limit is reached before either team is defeated, the match counts as a loss to promote offensive strategies.

  • 🛰 A connection-loss also results in a loss. Make sure that you have a stable connection before starting a Ranked Match!

 

Keep climbing, and show the world what your team is made of!

To ensure a fair and competitive experience for all players, Auto-Battle is always enabled in Ranked PvP.
This design choice serves multiple purposes:

  • 🔄 Prevents AFK behavior: Players going idle or intentionally trolling would otherwise ruin the match experience.

  • 🎯 Creates consistent conditions: Every player enters the arena under the same rules — no advantages based on input speed or device responsiveness.

  • 🧠 Promotes strategic preparation: Victory depends not on micro-management during battle, but on smart team-building, skill upgrades, and tactical synergy before the match begins.

We believe Ranked PvP should reflect the strength and strategy of your team and matches shouldn’t that very long.
That’s why manual control is disabled in these matches, keeping the focus on pre-battle decisions and strategic preparation.

At the end of each Ranked Season, there’s a brief matchmaking break to finalize season results and ensure fair league distribution.

During this ranking freeze period:

  • 🏁 Matches started before the season ends but finished after are not counted toward the final rankings.

  • 🧮 The system uses this time to calculate final placements, assign league tiers, and distribute rewards based on the player ranks.

  • ⚖ This ensures that all players are treated equally — no one can gain an unfair advantage by squeezing in last-minute wins after the official cutoff.

Once the new season begins, Ranked Matches will become available again, and all players will start fresh in their newly assigned leagues.


⚠ Please note:

Arena Tickets are reset to 7 at the start of each season — regardless of how many you had before the season ended.
This ensures a fair and balanced start for everyone across the new league leaderboards.

Delayed Push Notifications on Android

This issue is caused by battery-saving features on Android devices.

To extend battery life, some phones limit or delay notifications for apps running in the background — especially when the screen is off or the app hasn’t been used for a while. This can result in delayed push notifications from Echo of Elements.

To fix this, please check the following settings on your device:

  • Battery Optimization: Go to your phone’s settings → Battery → Battery Optimization. Find Echo of Elements and set it to „Not optimized“ or „Unrestricted“.

  • Background Activity: Make sure Echo of Elements is allowed to run in the background.

  • Data Usage: Ensure that background data is enabled for the app.

  • Auto Start / App Launch (for some brands): On certain devices (e.g., Xiaomi, Huawei, OnePlus), you may need to manually allow Echo of Elements to auto start or stay active in memory.

These settings vary depending on your phone model. If you’re having trouble finding them, check under App Settings → Echo of Elements in your device settings and explore battery or power management options.

Echo of Elements is a high-quality 3D Mobile Game with visually rich effects and animations.
It has been optimized for modern smartphones but is not designed for low-end or outdated devices.


⚙️ Optimize Your Settings

To improve performance on your device:

  • Lower the shadow quality in the in-game settings

  • Set the frame rate to 30 FPS (instead of 60 FPS)

  • Close background apps before launching the game

  • Disable the setting for showing other players in the hub

 


🌡️ Device Temperature

Performance may drop if your device becomes too hot. To prevent overheating:

  • Avoid playing in direct sunlight or hot environments

  • Don’t play while charging, especially if the battery is already warm

  • Allow your phone to cool down before continuing

I made a payment, but didn’t receive my items

All in-game purchases in Echo of Elements are securely verified via Google Play or Apple App Store. However, in rare cases, a delay can occur due to server-side validation or connection issues.


🔄 Step 1: Check if the transaction was successful

Please confirm that your payment was completed successfully:

  • Open the Google Play Store or Apple App Store

  • Go to your purchase history and find the transaction

  • Ensure the payment is marked as completed / processed

If the payment is missing or failed, please contact Google Support or Apple Support directly.
We cannot process payments that were never completed.


🔄 Step 2: Restart the game

If the purchase was successful but the items are missing:

  • Fully close and restart Echo of Elements

  • Log in again using the same account you used during the purchase

  • In most cases, your missing items will be granted automatically after login

If the issue persists after restarting the app, and you’ve confirmed the purchase is listed as “completed” in your store account:

Our Terms of Service clearly state that minors are not permitted to play the game or make purchases without explicit parental consent. If an unauthorized transaction was made by a minor, please take the following steps:

For security and verification purposes, refund requests must first be submitted directly to the platform where the purchase was made:

Unauthorized purchases must be reported within 30 days of the transaction. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring account activity and securing access to their devices and payment methods.

Most of the game’s content (including all Heroes and Souls) are fully unlockable through gameplay — without spending any money.
We’ve also made a conscious decision to avoid in-game advertisements, so you can enjoy an immersive experience without interruptions.
